This Privacy Policy explains how Nuvano technologies L.L.C S.O.C ("Nuvano", "we", "us", or "our"), with its registered address at EMPIRE HEIGHTS A - 16F-A-06, Business Bay, Plot 75-0, collects, uses, stores, shares, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with the Nuvano website at https://nuvano.io and Nuvano software applications, mobile apps, and related services (together, the "Platform"). "You" and "your" refer to visitors, account holders, and other individuals whose information is processed through the Platform.
Please read this policy before providing personal information or using the Platform. Where consent is required, we will request it separately; this policy does not treat visiting the website as blanket consent to all processing.
02Nuvano and customer workspaces
Nuvano provides software that organizations use to manage their operations. An organization that maintains a workspace may determine why and how information about its employees, workers, applicants, customers, or other users is processed within that workspace. In those circumstances, Nuvano processes workspace information on the organization's behalf, subject to the applicable customer agreement and instructions.
Nuvano may separately determine the purposes and means of processing information used for its own website enquiries, customer relationships, account administration, support, and service security. This policy describes Nuvano's processing; the workspace organization's privacy notice describes that organization's own practices.
If your request concerns information controlled by your employer or another workspace organization, contact that organization first. Nuvano will assist with requests concerning information it processes on the organization's behalf in accordance with its obligations.
03Information we collect
Information you provide directly
When you submit the website contact form, we collect your first name, last name, business email address, mobile number, company name, optional subject, and requirement or message. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed to answer your enquiry.
When you contact support or otherwise correspond with us, we may receive the information included in that correspondence and information needed to respond to your request.
Account and workspace information
Depending on the services enabled by your organization, the Platform may process account details and information entered into a customer workspace. The applicable workspace notice and customer agreement should explain the categories and purposes of that processing.
Technical information
Technical information may include IP addresses, browser and device information, request logs, and information needed to maintain and secure the service. Information that can identify or be linked to a person is treated as personal information, even if it is technical or pseudonymous.
04Google sign-in and integrations
Where a Nuvano application offers Google sign-in or a Google integration, connecting it is optional and requires your authorization. The permissions requested depend on the feature you choose and are shown during authorization. Information obtained through an integration is subject to this policy and any additional privacy notice provided for that application or feature.
You can manage or revoke an application's access through your Google Account settings. To request deletion of information held by Nuvano, contact info@nuvano.io. Revoking access does not itself delete information previously received; retention and deletion are addressed below.
05How we use information
Subject to the services you use and the applicable legal basis, we use information to:
- Respond to enquiries and requests for consultations or demonstrations.
- Provide, administer, and support the Platform and customer relationships.
- Process workspace information in accordance with the relevant organization's instructions.
- Communicate service notices and relevant changes to the Platform or our terms.
- Investigate faults, prevent misuse, and maintain service security.
- Resolve disputes, comply with applicable legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims.
- Send optional marketing communications where permitted and subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
08Storage and international transfers
Information may be processed by Nuvano and its authorized service providers in the locations used to deliver the service. Where a transfer is subject to data protection requirements, appropriate transfer arrangements must apply.
09Retention and deletion
Information is retained for the purposes described in this policy, subject to applicable legal obligations, customer agreements, and the need to resolve disputes or establish or defend claims. Workspace information is managed in accordance with the relevant organization's instructions and the applicable agreement.
10Security
We use appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. No service or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Users should protect their login credentials and report suspected account misuse promptly.
Where required, we will notify affected customers, individuals, or authorities of a personal data breach in accordance with applicable obligations.
11Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of processing, or to object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent, without affecting processing already lawfully performed. You may also have a right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
We may need to verify your identity and the scope of your request before responding. Requests relating to an organization's workspace may need to be handled by that organization. Legal obligations and other applicable exceptions may limit a request.
You may opt out of optional marketing communications using the instructions in the message or by contacting us. Essential service communications may still be necessary.
12Third-party services
The Platform may link to external websites or services. Their own privacy policies explain their independent processing. Review those policies before providing information. This does not remove Nuvano's responsibilities for processing performed by its service providers on its behalf.
13Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or obligations change. The published policy will show its last-updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect. We will not treat continued use as consent where separate consent is required.
